Just wondering, do the smileys show if the products are good/bad from a health point or from an enviromental point? Or is it a blend?

I found this site fascinating and informative. It does a great job of showing what you are really getting for your money from products that claim to be natural. I now feel I can evaluate any product and decide if the ingredients are healthy and if it is worth its price.
